Partly has offices in London (UK), Christchurch (NZ), and Austin (Texas). This particular role is to be based onsite in our London office.

This role owns the entire experience of repairers on the Partly network. The core challenge is progressive automation, eliminating manual work and designing workflows that run with minimal human intervention.

What you'll own:

  • End-to-End Repairer Experience: The full repair job workflow across all repairer-side users and all Partly surfaces.
  • Repairer-Side Automation: The product strategy for progressively automating estimation, procurement, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Product-Led Growth: Onboarding, activation, and repeat engagement treated as product design problems.
  • Integration Experience: The quality and coherence of Partly's integrations into Bodyshop Management Systems and other repairer tools.
  • Intelligence, Reporting & Auditability: The dashboards and performance reporting that help repairers make better decisions.

What you'll do:

  • Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company direction.
  • Continuously assess and improve Product–Market Fit across global markets.
  • Own key product and PLG metrics and use them to steer all decisions.
  • Maintain direct, regular contact with repairers.
  • Prototype new product iterations using AI-assisted development.
  • Partner closely with engineering leads to balance discovery, delivery, and technical sustainability.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years owning complex B2B software products end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated PLG instincts with personal accountability for adoption and engagement outcomes.
