What we are looking for Zinier is searching for a deeply technical, execution-obsessed Product Lead to shape our data and AI strategy.
You'll own the roadmap for how Zinier captures, structures, and activates data to power agentic, AI-driven field service products and you'll be equally comfortable writing epics and stories with engineering as you are challenging architecture decisions on data pipelines and LLM interfaces.
This is a hands-on, technical PM role.
You'll define what data is needed and translate it into clear requirements for the teams building our solutions, own the lifecycle of data and AI initiatives from intent recognition through execution, and partner across Platform, Data Platform, Product Engineering, Design, Security, and Legal to build a scalable, compliant, and highly intuitive solutions.
- What the role offers
- Shape the data & AI strategy: Define and execute the roadmap and plan, execute, self-correct, and learn.
- Treat data as the fuel: Define what data is needed and translate that into clear requirements for the teams building the solutions.
- Own projects end to end: Define, execute, measure, and iterate and owning the full lifecycle from initial intent recognition and planning frameworks through execution and coordination.
- Lead cross-functionally: Partner with cross functional teams like Platform , Data Platform, Product Engineering, Product Designers, Security, and Legal to build a scalable, compliant, and highly intuitive solutions.
- Write epics and stories: Translate strategy into engineering-ready epics and stories, working in Scrum with clear acceptance criteria.
- Define and own data products: Set up and define data products, including data warehouse and data lake requirements.
- Drive analytics maturity: Define how usage and outcomes are captured and analyzed, including analytics for LLM/agent interfaces.
- What you'll bring to the role
- Must-have: Strong B2B experience.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Jira, with hands-on experience writing epics and stories.
- Proficient in English.
- Technical fluency and able to credibly challenge engineering teams on architecture, data models, and trade-offs.
- You have built or maintained data products.
- Strongly preferred: Experience building AI-driven products.
- Understanding of analytics: how it's captured, and how to capture and analyze it, including LLM interfaces.
- Direct experience working with AI and Claude specifically, including having built agents.
- Experience setting up and defining data products (data warehouse, data lake).
- Scrum of Scrums experience.
- Experience working as part of a globally distributed team of Product Leads.
