We are looking for a commercially‑minded UKI Marketing Manager to own and drive the regional marketing strategy for the UKI business.

This role is for a marketer who can translate business goals into a clear go‑to‑market plan, work in lockstep with sales leadership, and drive measurable impact across pipeline, revenue, acquisition, retention, and customer growth.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Marketing, this person will be responsible for shaping and executing the UKI marketing plan in line with regional priorities.

They will work closely with sales, SDR, customer success, and the wider global marketing organisation to ensure marketing is fully aligned to business goals and accountable for performance.

This is not a brand‑only or campaign‑delivery role.

It is a high‑ownership regional marketing role for someone who can see the full buyer journey, connect strategy to execution, and lead the right mix of programmes and channels to drive business outcomes.

The UKI Marketing Manager will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for the region, with clear accountability for marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.

They will partner closely with UKI sales leadership to identify priorities, define the regional plan, and deliver integrated marketing programmes that support both new business acquisition and growth within existing customers.

The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, while working effectively across global and regional teams.

They must be confident operating across the full marketing mix, using data, market insight, and commercial judgement to make decisions and optimise performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
