Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Growth Analyst to support Sherpany’s Growth Acceleration team with operational analytics, experiment tracking, and qualitative insights.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design and Engineering to monitor the free trial journey, build simple reports, document experiments, and help the team understand what drives acquisition, activation, and conversion.

You should be highly structured and detail-oriented, but also open and confident enough to proactively contact trial users, run short qualitative interviews, and learn directly from their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain simple reports in Tableau, Salesforce, Hub Spot, VWO/Wingify, and related tools together with analytics or operations team.
  • Track every free trial lead from their first CTA click all the way to successful activation and conversion.
  • Monitor active experiments, identify early winner/loser signals, and alert the team when an experiment should be reviewed, stopped, scaled, or pivoted.
  • Run qualitative calls or interviews with trial users to understand friction, value perception, onboarding experience, and conversion blockers.
  • Prepare weekly updates for the squad with lead status, experiment status, funnel metrics, learnings, and recommended next actions.
  • Ownership

  • Trial led monitoring and full-funnel visibility.
  • Experiment tracking and documentation, suggestion of follow-up experiments with measurable uplift on trial activation, signup conversion, and PQL generation.
  • Simple dashboards and reports across acquisition, activation, conversion.
  • Qualitative trial-user feedback collection and synthesis.
  • Data quality checks across Hub Spot, Salesforce, Tableau, VWO/Wingify, and related tools.

What we will love about you

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analyst role, preferably as a Junior Data Analyst, Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Product Analyst, BI Analyst, or Junior Data Scientist in B2B Saa S, B2C tech, fintech, biotech, or another digital business.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn funnel and experimentation data into clear, practical insights.
  • Experience building AI prototypes.
  • Good understanding of BI and analytics methods as well as experiment design and how to interpret experiment signals carefully.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience with or strong willingness to learn about reporting capabilities in Tableau, Salesforce, Hub Spot, VWO/Wingify, Pendo, and similar tools.
  • Ability to extract essential information and convey it in a structured way.
  • Open, proactive personality, comfortable picking up the phone to contact trial users.
  • Fluent English is required, German is a plus.
