As Go-to-Market Lead for our international expansion, you will shape how Montu brings new products, services and commercial initiatives to market – driving growth, unlocking new opportunities and ensuring every launch delivers real impact for patients, clinicians and our partners. This is far more than a traditional strategy role. You will own the entire go-to-market journey, from identifying opportunities and developing commercial strategies through to rolling up your sleeves and making them happen.

One day you may present a market expansion strategy to the Executive Leadership Team; the next you will be on the road meeting clinicians, commercial partners and key stakeholders, gathering insights, solving problems and ensuring launches land successfully. You will shape the market entry and become the connective tissue between our Commercial, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, Product and Customer teams, aligning everyone behind a shared vision and ensuring we execute at pace. You will constantly be looking ahead – spotting market trends, identifying growth opportunities, strengthening partnerships and finding smarter ways to reach more patients in an evolving healthcare landscape.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for new products, propositions and partnerships, from initial thesis through to launch and scale.
  • Build the business cases, market sizing and prioritisation frameworks that determine where we play and how we win.
  • Translate strategy into structured, actionable rollout plans with clear milestones, owners and KPIs.
  • Travel internationally to build relationships with partners, pharmacies, clinicians and other key stakeholders on the ground.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Clinical teams to align on GTM priorities and remove blockers to execution.
  • Represent Montu at industry events, partner meetings and in‑market visits, acting as a credible face of the business.
  • Track performance against launch plans, course‑correcting quickly where results diverge from expectations.
  • Bring an outside‑in view of the market – competitor moves, regulatory shifts and emerging opportunities – back into the business.
  • Present findings, plans and recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior leadership.

What do you need?

  • A background in strategy or management consulting, with a track record of structured problem‑solving delivered at pace.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech or a related regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • A genuine willingness and ability to travel extensively – this role is not desk‑bound and being out with partners and in‑market is central to the job.
  • Strong analytical and commercial instincts, with the ability to build a clear business case from a loose brief.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing senior internal and external audiences.
  • A bias to action – equally happy building the strategy deck and then rolling up your sleeves to execute it.
  • Highly self‑motivated and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑moving, scale‑up environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • An interest in cannabis‑based medicines and a genuine belief in improving patient access to modern healthcare treatments would be a bonus.
  • Bonus points if you have also led market entry strategy to Poland.

What we offer

  • Generous Leave: 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after year one and 30 after year three) + usual bank holidays.
  • Pension Matching: Up to 5% employer matching contributions.
  • Flexibility and Wellness: Work‑from‑home options, cycle‑to‑work scheme, private healthcare and more.
  • Growth Opportunities: Collaborate across teams and represent Montu at events, with support to grow your skills and impact.
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave.
