About 9fin9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion.

Debt markets are vast, global, and mission‑critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high‑value workflows across global markets.

Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue‑chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors.

The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best‑in‑class retention driven by deep workflow adoption.

We’re at a defining inflection point.

With proven product‑market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward becoming the category‑defining platform for debt markets worldwide.

  • What you’ll work on
  • Build 9fin’s sales enablement function from the ground up, creating the playbooks, onboarding programs, and training frameworks that will scale our commercial team
  • Design and deliver structured 30/60/90 day onboarding plans for SDRs, AEs, and sales leaders joining the UK team
  • Run trainings on core sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT), the fundamentals of calling and email outreach, and deal strategy
  • Partner closely with product to embed product knowledge into ongoing training, knowledge checks, and enablement content
  • Develop persona‑based training tailored to 9fin’s customer segments — banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors
  • Sales tech stack training across Salesforce, Hub Spot, Notion, Clay, Gong, Apollo, and our AI toolkit (Claude, Chat GPT, Granola)
  • Document sales processes and lead change management as new programs, tools, and frameworks roll out across a fast‑growing global team
  • Build a career progression model and enablement pathway that supports growth across new business, account management, and customer success

About You

This role will be a great fit if you

  • Have direct sales experience, ideally as a former SDR manager looking to move into enablement, a closing AE, or someone already in a sales enablement role.

You’ve carried a quota or coached a team that has, and salespeople respect you because of it

  • Bring fintech or capital markets experience (or a strong track record in an adjacent, complex B2B space)
  • Have hands‑on experience building something from scratch — whether as a founding AE, an early SDR manager, or part of a team that stood up enablement in a scaling environment.
  • You’ve written the playbook, not just delivered someone else’s
  • Are fluent with common sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT) and comfortable training reps and leaders on how to apply them
  • Have strong AI fluency; you use Claude, Chat GPT, and Granola day‑to‑day, and you’re the kind of person who builds skills, projects, and workflows to scale your own output
  • Have led change management before; you can point to programs you’ve rolled out, obstacles you hit, and how you got the organization to adopt something new
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the sales organization; because enablement is only effective when reps are genuinely bought in and want to engage
  • Our Benefits
  • Financial & Insurance
  • Competitive Salary (our salary bands are benchmarked at the top end of the market)
  • Equity
  • Pension (your minimum contributions are 4% with 9fin matching up to 7%)
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Paid sick leave with Income Protection for long periods of illness
  • Group Life Assurance
  • Season Ticket Loan & Cycle to Work schemes
  • Time off 25 holiday days per year
  • Local public holidays (with the ability to exchange them for alternative days)
  • Hybrid working model, to allow you the flexibility to decide how, where and when you do your best work
  • Work abroad for up to 3 months a year
  • 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years of service
  • Enhanced parental leave & flexible working arrangements available
  • Training & Culture
  • Professional learning and development budget
  • AI experimentation budget of £800 (UK) per employee to trial AI tools
  • Bi‑annual team socials
  • Summer and Winter company social events
