Enterprise Account Executive
Secure every identity—from AI to human—by building trusted infrastructure that allows organizations to safely adopt AI.
In this role you will drive territory growth through net new logos and cultivation of existing customers in the smaller enterprise space, focusing on delivering value to C‑Suite decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate top‑of‑funnel activity to build a robust pipeline.
- Execute every sales cycle using a methodical MEDDPICC sales approach.
- Maintain strong operational excellence through thorough territory planning and accurate forecasting.
- Multithread customer engagements to target business and technical audiences while evangelizing the value proposition.
- Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to consistently meet and exceed revenue quota targets.
- Leverage Okta partners to identify and open new, uncharted opportunities.
- Build and nurture effective partnerships within the Okta ecosystem (SDRs, partners, pre‑sales, customer first, etc.).
- Adopt a value‑based sales approach, providing a compelling point of view to each customer.
- Travel as necessary to meet customers in person.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable success selling complex enterprise Saa S products.
- Ability to educate and create demand with C‑level decision makers.
- Strong experience and passion for winning and growing new logos.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience selling alongside GSI partners and within a partner ecosystem.
- Technical aptitude and curiosity to learn.
- Expertise in a sales framework such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The on‑target earnings (OTE) range for candidates located in the United Kingdom is between £164,000 and £226,000 GBP.
OTE includes base salary and incentive compensation, and may also include equity where applicable.
Benefits include comprehensive healthcare coverage, financial benefits, paid time off, and parental leave in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
