This is a junior operational role supporting the Commercial Operations function across three business units. You will handle the administrative and analytical groundwork that keeps our servicing teams running smoothly — from maintaining data and communications infrastructure to fielding data requests from senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Operations Administration
    • Work with the Help Desk team on Front access management, ensuring inbox permissions are kept current as the business evolves, ensuring the right teams have access to the right inboxes, and that client emails are routed appropriately. Includes mapping teams and managers to inboxes, and inboxes to client email domains.
    • Support systems maintenance for new hires, terminations, and team changes across, collaborating closely with Workday support and Talent Acquisition.
    • Execute analysis to support strategic options for service delivery (i.e., load balancing, people reallocation).
    • Act as a key point of contact for the People Operations team on initiatives that intersect with the Global business units, including ad hoc project support across Talent and Finance.
    • Support on Associate Class Hiring administration, maintaining a Global Tracker, reporting on progress to hiring, existing allocation, and responding to changes as hiring plans change.
  • Reporting & Data Support
    • Support maintenance of capacity model inputs with current headcount, attrition, and productivity data.
    • Respond to ad hoc data and analytical requests from VPs and SVPs, triaging appropriately between self-serve outputs, basic analysis, and escalation to the Advanced Analytics & BI team.
  • Service Operations Infrastructure
    • Own and maintain email distribution lists across business units to ensure accurate and streamlined internal communications.
    • Partner with the HR Operations team to explore and implement automation of distribution list management.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Excel skills, and familiarity of working with BI tools such as Looker.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to data and process.
  • A clear communicator who can triage requests and manage up effectively.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an operations, analytics, or administrative role.
  • Degree in a numerate or business-related field, or equivalent experience.
