About the role

At Trustpilot, we’re on an incredible journey.

We’re a profitable, high‑growth FTSE‑250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust.

We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do.

Come join us at the heart of trust!

  • What you'll be doing
  • Drive AI adoption across Trustpilot.

Design and run initiatives, campaigns, and learning experiences that shift how Trusties think about and use AI in their day‑to‑day work.

The goal is practical, confident, widespread adoption.

  • Build an AI learning strategy that goes beyond awareness.

Create a structured approach to AI capability building that moves people from curiosity to fluency.

Understand where Trusties are starting, what good looks like, and how to get them there quickly and confidently.

  • Consult with functional leaders on AI use cases.

Work alongside leaders across the business to identify where AI and new tools can genuinely change how teams work.

Design the learning and change support to make those shifts happen.

  • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. Create the conditions where Trusties feel safe to explore, try things out, and build efficiencies with technology.
  • Design and oversee technical skills programmes.

Ensure Trusties have access to strong technical skills development, including through Tech Academies and other structured learning pathways that build deep functional capability in our technology teams.

  • Make the most of Apprenticeship Levy funding.

Manage and deploy the Apprenticeship Levy strategically, ensuring eligible Trusties can access high‑quality, formally accredited training in AI, technology, and data.

  • Measure adoption, confidence, and impact. Define metrics, track them consistently, and give leadership a clear picture of AI capability development across the business.
  • Keep Trustpilot at the leading edge.

Benchmark AI and technical learning maturity against industry standards, bring in emerging best practices, and make sure the strategy evolves as the landscape does.

Who you are

  • Passionate about AI and how it changes the way people work.
  • Hands‑on experience driving AI adoption and digital transformation.
  • Strategic architect, not just a programme manager. Build systems and frameworks that create lasting change.
  • Technical fluency. Comfortable in the current AI landscape, including Generative AI and LLMs. Hold credible conversations and translate complex concepts into accessible learning.
  • Skilled change manager.

Understand that learning alone does not change behaviour; address resistance, build confidence, and design adoption journeys that account for the human side of change.

  • Experienced in technical capability building. Designed and delivered technical skills programmes, managed Tech Academy‑style frameworks, and built functional capability at scale.
  • Savvy with Apprenticeship Levy funding. Navigate requirements to maximise value.
  • Confident stakeholder consultant. Influence senior leaders, earn trust quickly, and position AI and technical learning as a business priority.
  • Data‑driven in how you work. Track adoption, expertise, ROI, use evidence to make decisions and continuously improve.
  • What's in it for you
  • Flexible working options.
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus.
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment.
  • Two paid volunteering days a year.
  • Rich learning and development opportunities via Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist.
