About the role
We have plenty of growing left to do, so we are looking for an Production & Operations assistant to join our team in our Liverpool office.
The VALD Operations and Warehouse team services the entire VALD suite of products using a large range of components to dispatch to our clients around the world.
Our team is physically fit with can‑do attitudes, multi‑skilled and able to perform a wide range of warehouse duties.

What you will do
- Instigating repair workflows, including diagnostics, repair scheduling, documentation, and internal communication.
- Working to SOP’s and Instructions, following flows and expected troubleshooting steps.
- Preparing products for shipping in a timely manner so that the carriers can collect and distribute.
- Asset location tracking and warranty card completion.
- Capable of overseeing daily shipping activities, including carrier coordination, shipment tracking, and resolution of delivery issues.
About You
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processess.
- Full working rights in the UK, and no restrictions to travel to VALD HQ in Australia.
- Experience with hand and power tools and experience in a component assembly role.
- Exceptional Mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem solve.
- Physically unrestricted to work in an operations/ warehouse environment (UK Office, Liverpool).
