Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adults.
  • Evaluate mental health challenges considering personal history and symptoms.
  • Formulate individualised treatment plans tailored to each person's needs and goals.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver person‑centred care.
  • Oversee therapeutic interventions, including medication management and crisis interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress of individuals regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and management strategies to ensure safety and well‑being.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full GMC license to practice.
  • Section 12 & AC approval.
  • Proven experience in relevant field.
