Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adults.
- Evaluate mental health challenges considering personal history and symptoms.
- Formulate individualised treatment plans tailored to each person's needs and goals.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver person‑centred care.
- Oversee therapeutic interventions, including medication management and crisis interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate progress of individuals regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Contribute to risk assessments and management strategies to ensure safety and well‑being.
Qualifications & Experience
- Full GMC license to practice.
- Section 12 & AC approval.
- Proven experience in relevant field.
