Overview

Employee Relations (ER) Advisor to build positive working relationships, support managers, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

The role works with stakeholders across UK sites in a hybrid capacity.

This is a hybrid role with three days per week on site at one of our UK sites.

Regular travel across UK sites is required due to business and team needs.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Promote positive working relationships and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with stakeholders across the UK business and HR Business Partners to provide effective and timely responses to UK management teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the organisation
  • Communicate, coach, and influence using a variety of channels to support remote work and stakeholder engagement
