The role is for a Content Marketing Manager to work within our Global Growth team, responsible for creating content for our existing self-serve customers that supports lifecycle communications and customer demand generation campaigns with the aim of increasing product usage and upselling. You will work alongside two Content Marketing Managers as well as Growth Marketers, a PR Manager and leaders in Brand & Communications to help execute our content strategy for 2026 and beyond.

Your role will cover creating engaging content for a wide variety of formats, including:

  • Email campaigns
  • In-product messaging
  • Longer-form thought leadership

What excites you:

  • Acting as the content consultant to provide best practice guidance and expertise on copy and tone of voice across a variety of channels and formats.
  • Creating the content needed to support these initiatives, from emails to chatbots through to video scripts, blogs and masterclass formats.
  • Developing and executing multiple streams of the content calendar, ensuring content is aligned with customer campaigns and global initiatives.
  • Gathering, analysing and interpreting data to evaluate campaigns both in-flight and upon completion, informing next steps and optimising activity.
  • Partnering with our Customer Advocacy and Product Marketing teams to bring customer case studies and testimonials to life within campaigns, such as events and webinars.
  • Appointing and managing external contributors, where appropriate, to support the production of content.

  • You will have previous experience working in a B2B marketing content role.
  • You will be a confident and experienced writer who understands the importance of tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • You have experience of creating both written and spoken content, including blogs, emails, webinars, video scripts and infographics.
  • You are highly capable of writing both short and long-form copy, ensuring topics are digestible and engaging.
  • You use data to validate ideas and measure impact, while valuing the creative spark you bring.
  • You are highly proactive and able to work independently, yet are just as comfortable working cross-functionally on shared projects and integrated campaigns.
  • You're at ease managing multiple projects at once and have strong time management skills.
  • You are a perfectionist with an eye for detail, able to act in an editorial capacity and proof others' work.
  • You have experience using email marketing platforms, such as Salesforce, and are comfortable creating email campaigns.
  • You have experience and are at ease using CMS.
  • UX copywriting experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience with writing for AI overviews (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) very welcome but not essential.

Base salary range: £48,000 - £72,000. Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data.
