The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Junior Account Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy sales environment.

You'll play a key role at the very start of our customer journey – converting inbound interest into long‑term partnerships by introducing dentists to our solutions, supporting them through training, and ensuring they launch their first 32Co patients with confidence.

This role blends sales, relationship management, and onboarding, making it ideal for someone eager to learn and grow a career in sales.

  • What you’ll do
  • Convert inbound leads: be the first point of contact for dentists reaching out to 32Co – introduce our products, qualify their needs, and position the value of our solutions.
  • Guide through education: liaise closely with our Education team to enrol dentists onto our courses, track their progress, and keep them engaged until completion.
  • Drive adoption: own dentists post‑course completion, converting them into active, loyal 32Co users.
  • Generate outbound leads: support 32Co's growth by proactively sourcing new dentists via calling, email, and other channels.
  • Build relationships: develop strong, trusted relationships with dentists to encourage ongoing case activity and long‑term engagement.
  • Collaborate for success: partner with sales, education, and product teams to create a seamless customer journey from first enquiry to active user.
  • Track and report: keep detailed, up‑to‑date client notes in the CRM and report on lead conversion, onboarding, and patient activation metrics.

What we're looking for

  • Strong communicator and relationship‑builder, confident presenting solutions to professionals.
  • Sales‑driven, with a genuine hunger to close deals, hit targets, and contribute to growth.
  • Growth mindset – always looking to sharpen your sales skills and become the best you can be.
  • Proactive self‑starter who takes initiative, works autonomously, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Process‑oriented and adaptable, able to juggle multiple clients and priorities while following a structured, repeatable sales process.
  • Highly coachable – learns fast, takes feedback on board, and adapts to new challenges.
  • Able to work from our Hoxton office 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
  • Why you’ll love working here

Real impact, every day – your work directly changes patient outcomes.

You'll feel it, and so will the people whose care you're improving. 25 days holiday + your birthday off – because no one should work on your birthday!

Outsized leverage and full ownership – real authority today, lasting impact tomorrow; what you build now shapes how this company operates at every stage after.

  • Grow fast – backed by top VCs and built by the best; you'll be learning
