Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced individual with a positive “bedside manner” to support our UK operations.
This person will be responsible for leading IT operations for our London office, as part of a global IT team.
The scope of responsibilities will include deskside and remote (voice, video, remote assist) support, systems administration, and telephony/conferencing support.
You will be based in London, but there will be occasional (reimbursed) travel to our other sites.
Typical workload includes on/offboarding users, installing/upgrading/troubleshooting applications on workstations, coordinating support with third-party software vendors, voice & video support and regular (usage, licensing, access) audits.
There will be high-pressure moments supporting trading operations sprinkled in between proactive work to maintain and improve information security (you will work closely with our Info Sec team as well).
The person in this position will also assist with project work which can include provision and deployment of physical and virtual workstations, creation and management of systems configurations and policies and consolidations/migrations of Office and other applications.
