Doist is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join a Community Reablement Team in Dorset.

You will assess, plan and deliver person-centred interventions to help adults regain independence after hospital discharge, enabling safe home living and reducing readmissions.

Working in a multidisciplinary team across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, you will conduct assessments, develop bespoke rehabilitation plans, recommend equipment and adaptions, and ensure HCPC standards are met.
