The Role
As Head of Customer Value, you will build and run our Customer Value function from the ground up.
This leadership position reports to the VP of Customer Experience and works closely with the CEO and CCO.
You will own revenue growth, churn prevention, talent development, and represent Omnea in high‑stakes conversations with CFOs, COOs, and procurement leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own the expansion and retention motion across the enterprise base.
- Run weekly deal reviews with Customer Value Leads and step into high‑stakes opportunities.
- Build commercial infrastructure from scratch: deal review cadences, multi‑threading strategies, QBR frameworks, and expansion playbooks.
- Develop ROI‑driven QBR frameworks with the VP of Customer Experience and VP of Product so executives see the value delivered.
- Coach, develop, and scale the Customer Value Leads team.
- Feed the product and revenue roadmap by surfacing expansion opportunities and influencing product design.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of senior commercial or customer‑leadership experience, with 3+ years leading a function as both an IC and a manager
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts, closing multi‑figure deals, and applying levers such as retention, upsell, multi‑threading, executive relationships, champion building, and value articulation.
- Experience building, scaling, and leading high‑performing commercial teams, recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent.
- Strong commercial intuition, communication skills, and executive presence capable of engaging senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and demonstrate ownership and entrepreneurship.
