As organisations increasingly demand specialised, business‑critical environments, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to shape how the market understands, adopts, and values our Specialty Cloud solutions.
In this role, you will lead product messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy for our Specialty Cloud portfolio.
You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value while ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across every customer touchpoint.
This role also includes leadership responsibility for developing and managing a high‑performing Product Marketing team focused on driving commercial impact, organisational alignment and market differentiation.
Responsibilities
- Own messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy for the Specialty Cloud portfolio.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions for enterprise buyers and executive stakeholders.
- Develop buyer personas, competitive positioning, sales enablement materials, and customer‑facing messaging.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to support launches, campaigns, and revenue initiatives.
- Lead go‑to‑market execution for new products and features, including launch planning, enablement, and commercialization readiness.
- Drive customer research, market analysis, and Win/Loss programs to inform positioning, roadmap priorities, and competitive strategy.
- Build scalable sales enablement programs, including training, objection handling, and competitive intelligence resources.
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Support pricing, packaging, analyst relations, thought leadership, and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements as a product marketing leader and subject matter expert.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Product Marketing team through coaching, goal setting, performance management, and career development planning.
- Establish team priorities, manage resources, and build scalable processes that improve execution and organisational alignment.
- Partner with executive leadership on organisational planning, talent development, and long‑term marketing strategy.

Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Marketing experience within B2B Infrastructure, Cloud, Hosting, Managed Services, or Enterprise Saa S environments.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring Product Marketing professionals and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies such as Bare Metal, Kubernetes, virtualisation, cloud platforms, and managed hosting.
- Proven experience supporting Sales‑Led Go‑to‑Market (GTM) motions and revenue‑focused organisations.
- Demonstrated success developing positioning, enablement programs, and customer‑centric messaging that drives adoption and revenue impact.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience building ROI or TCO‑based value messaging.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
- Experience conducting customer interviews, Win/Loss analysis, and market research to shape strategy and positioning.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

You collaborate well across product, sales, marketing and customer‑facing teams.
You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
