As Finance Manager reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Finance Manager, Strategy & Operations is a senior individual contributor responsible for helping scale the finance organization as the company grows through organic expansion and acquisitions. This role combines financial planning and analysis, technical accounting, international finance, systems implementation, and process improvement to support the Company’s long‑term growth and day‑to‑day financial operations. Working closely with the Controller and other finance leaders, including the Director of Finance in India, this role will provide broad finance support, cross‑functional partnership, and continuity across the global finance function.

This is a hands‑on role that requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day financial operations. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic finance partner with primary ownership of FP&A, finance systems, process improvement, and other cross‑functional initiatives, while providing practical operational support across the finance organization.
Accountability & Impact
- Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Support timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP, in partnership with the Controller.
- Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial statements and management reporting for domestic and international entities.
- Provide hands‑on operational support for the monthly close, annual audit, technical accounting matters, and other accounting priorities as needed.
- Support the Controller to maintain and enhance accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
- Serve as a designated operational backup to the Controller for routine finance and accounting activities.
- Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis
- Own the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long‑range financial planning.
- Develop and manage executive dashboards, KPI reporting, board materials, lender reporting, and other decision‑support reporting.
- Analyze financial and operating results, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Build financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, resource allocation, investments, and acquisition‑related decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities, risks, operational performance, and progress against financial goals.
- International Finance, Compliance & Revenue Operations
- Coordinate financial reporting and finance activities across domestic and international operations.
- Partner with the Director of Finance in India and other internal and external stakeholders to coordinate international financial reporting, compliance, foreign currency matters, statutory requirements, and other cross‑border finance initiatives.
- Support subscription accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, commission reporting, and recurring revenue analytics.
- Coordinate global sales tax, indirect tax, and other regulatory compliance requirements with internal owners and external advisors.
- Finance Transformation & Business Operations
- Own finance transformation initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, controls, and data integrity.
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of finance systems, ERP platforms, reporting tools, and related finance technology.
- Partner cross‑functionally to improve financial processes, automate workflows, strengthen data flows, and integrate business systems.
- Develop and document standardized financial processes, operating procedures, and controls that support a scalable finance organization.
- Manage and support finance integration activities for acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with demonstrated breadth across FP&A, accounting, and finance operations
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP with the ability to provide practical support across accounting and reporting matters
- Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive‑level analysis
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and analyzing consolidated financial statements
- Experience supporting multi‑entity, international entities and foreign currency accounting
- SaaS industry experience
- Experience with subscription‑based business models and recurring revenue
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and partner effectively across functions
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial information into clear business recommendations

- Experience supporting finance integration for acquired companies or other complex business integrations
- ERP implementation, finance systems, or finance transformation experience
- NetSuite implementation experience
- Salesforce, Zuora, or other subscription billing platforms
- International tax and transfer pricing experience

The base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $130,000. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. This role is also bonus eligible.
