Working from the UK Head office of a leading international exhibition and events company, you'll be responsible for the effective delivery of live events, coordinating all aspects, post-sale, of client projects from design to activation.

About this exhibition Project Managers job

This exhibition Project Managers job is the third role, in c.18 months, we're recruiting on behalf of the company.

In short due to their growth, and also their future succession planning.

Moving forward, the opportunity to progress your career into a Projects Team Leadership role could be available to you, if you demonstrate the desire and attributes to move into the role.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing client projects for the design and delivery of their exhibition & events
  • Co-coordinating the design, production, logistics & installation of exhibitions & events
  • Ordering materials, products & services as required to meet the brief
  • Producing RAMS & Health & Safety documents
  • Managing clients, event organizers & 3rd party facilities / venues
  • Briefing & managing, domestic & international suppliers, sub-contractors & partners

Requirements

  • Experience of working in an exhibition & / or large scale events project management job
  • Well-organised & pro-active, good attention to detail, & excellent communications skills
  • Commercially focused, with a structured approach to project management
  • Capable of reading technical drawings
  • The ability to multi-task & remain cool under pressure
  • The right to work in the UK and be able to work onsite 5 days a week.
  • Beneficial but not essential: Ability & desire to lead the Project Team in the future
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics & Design Software
