AECOM is seeking a Highways Regional Director to lead pursuit and delivery of major highways projects in Scotland and the North of England. You will shape the pipeline, win work and expand the delivery portfolio while guiding the Highways teams with a client-centric approach.
Reporting to the District Lead, you will nurture key client relationships, set strategy, manage pursuit proposals with national authorities, and drive performance in a collaborative, inclusive environment across disciplines.
