Meet the team behind this journey
Deep L is at an inflection point in its growth, and this is a rare opportunity to shape how the world's most accurate AI translation company engages enterprise customers, creates pipeline and scales through partners globally.
As Director of Global Field & Partner Marketing, you will own two tightly integrated functions: a global field and events programme spanning owned, third-party and executive formats, and a partner marketing capability that activates Deep L's growing ecosystem of channel, technology and integration partners.
You will lead a distributed team of regional field marketers and partner marketers across EMEA, APJ (dotted line) and North America, unifying them under a single commercial strategy that is directly accountable to pipeline creation, deal acceleration, adoption and expansion revenue.
This role reports directly to the VP of Demand Generation and sits at the heart of Deep L's go-to-market motion.
- Your responsibilities
- GLOBAL FIELD MARKETING & EVENTS
- Own and scale Deep L's global field marketing programme across owned events, third-party conference activations, executive engagement formats and digital programmes - driving net new pipeline, deal acceleration and product adoption across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Define and manage the global field marketing strategy, ensuring programme investment is allocated to the highest-return formats and markets and adjusted in response to pipeline signals and sales priorities.
- Lead the evolution of Deep L's flagship owned programme portfolio scaling them across new cities and regions while maintaining quality, commercial rigour and local relevance.
- Build and scale an executive engagement capability in close partnership with Sales and Customer Success, creating access to senior decision-makers within priority accounts through intimate, high-value formats.
- Partner with Sales, SDR, Revenue Intelligence and Marketing Ops to establish rigorous measurement frameworks covering pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, speed-to-lead and closed-won attribution - and use these insights to drive continuous programme optimisation.
- Champion a culture of commercial accountability: every programme format is evaluated against pipeline outcomes, and investment decisions are made on evidence, not habit.
- PARTNER MARKETING
- Lead Deep L's partner marketing function, developing and executing co-marketing strategies with channel partners, technology partners, GSIs, ISVs and integration partners that generate measurable pipeline and expand Deep L's market reach.
- Build scalable co-marketing frameworks - including joint event programmes, partner-led demand generation, marketplace activations and partner enablement content - that allow partners to market Deep L effectively within their own networks and customer bases.
- Own partner-attached pipeline targets and contribution to ARR, ensuring partner marketing programmes are designed to drive measurable commercial outcomes rather than activity metrics.
- Partner closely with the Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing and Creative Studio teams to develop partner-specific messaging, assets and campaign frameworks that reflect Deep L's positioning while enabling partner customisation.
- Develop and manage the partner marketing calendar globally, with clear accountability for joint pipeline targets, co-investment frameworks and performance reporting.
- Continuously evolve the partner marketing operating model to support Deep L's growing partner ecosystem, including emerging opportunities with hyperscalers, marketplace listings and developer community programmes.
- LEADERSHIP & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team of field marketers and partner marketers, fostering a culture of commercial accountability, creativity and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the key marketing partner to Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Product Marketing and Partnerships leadership - aligning field and partner activity directly to pipeline targets, territory plans and revenue objectives.
- Represent field and partner marketing at senior leadership level, clearly articulating strategy, programme performance, investment rationale and regional market insights.
- Build and maintain strong operating cadences with Sales leadership across all regions, ensuring tight alignment on target account lists, programme priorities and follow-up execution.
- Qualities we look for
- 12–15 years of experience in field marketing, events and/or partner marketing, with significant time spent in B2B Saa S — ideally within a global scale-up of 500+ employees.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling owned event programmes - including executive engagement series, flagship conferences and multi-city roadshows - with direct accountability for sourced and influenced pipeline outcomes.
- Proven track record in partner marketing, including co-marketing programme design, partner enablement and partner-attached pipeline generation across channel, technology and GSI partner ecosystems.
- Strong AI literacy, with hands‑on experience leveraging AI tools to scale field marketing operations, automate campaign execution workflows and improve programme ROI - including use cases across event setup automation, content personalisation, lead scoring and follow‑up cadence management.
- Proven ability to embed AI into field marketing operating models, driving efficiency gains, faster execution cycles and improved pipeline outcomes.
- Experience leading and developing a geographically distributed team of 6+ marketers across multiple regions, with a track record of building strong team cultures and developing regional marketers into senior contributors.
- Deep familiarity with the enterprise B2B buying cycle - including the interplay between field-sourced pipeline, SDR follow‑up, sales acceleration and partner‑influenced revenue.
- Exceptionally commercial instincts: you are comfortable owning pipeline targets, interpreting SFDC attribution data and using programme performance insights to influence investment decisions at the leadership level.
- Strong cross‑functional instincts - you are a natural collaborator who can align Sales, Partnerships, SDR and Product Marketing around shared field and partner priorities without formal authority.
- Excellent programme management capabilities, with the ability to maintain clarity and momentum across a complex global event calendar, multiple partner co‑marketing initiatives and a distributed team operating across time zones.
- A practical, proactive mindset: you balance strategic programme design with genuine willingness to be in the detail when it matters - from reviewing a post‑event attribution report to being on the ground at a flagship event.
