We are changing the way that professionals access opaque or complex information, and we are always looking for bright minds to join our growing Customer Success team.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in office/week), based in our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Carry and deliver against company targets across Direct Data and Workflow products
  • Lead account expansion strategies, proof-of-concept engagements, and upsell motions in partnership with Account Managers and Sales Engineers
  • Re-engage closed-lost opportunities as product gaps close, converting previous losses into new ARR
  • Identify and document expansion signals from client interactions and surface them to commercial stakeholders.
  • Shape and execute the strategy to convert opportunities to revenue
  • Client Retention & Adoption Own the post-sale relationship for a global book of accounts, managing from handoff through renewal and growth
  • Drive measurable usage and adoption across your portfolio, with clear KPIs and proactive outreach cadences (email, calls, on-site)
  • Build relationships at every level — from ops teams running daily workflows to investment decision-makers and C-suite sponsors
  • Educate clients on best practices, new features, and data releases to maximize the value of their Octus subscription
  • Product & Market Intelligence Become a recognized subject matter expert in Octus's data and workflow products
  • Systematically capture client feedback and translate it into actionable product roadmap input for Product, Commercial, and senior leadership
  • Document and scale commercial training and playbooks to the broader teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role, ideally in financial technology or financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow commercial accounts — quota or target experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable coordinating across complex, multi-stakeholder client organizations
  • Intellectually curious with genuine interest in credit markets, data products, or financial workflows
  • Self-directed, organized, and energized by a fast-paced commercial environment
