ATM Reconciliations Clerk
Note Machine, part of the Brinks Family, is one of Europe’s leading ATM businesses, supplying around £10billion of cash each year to over 14000 cash machines across the UK.
We are looking to recruit a permanent, full‑time ATM Reconciliations Clerk to join our Finance Team at the Head Office in Crickhowell.
The role’s normal hours are 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a flexible working arrangement available after completion of training.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily ATM reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor and track surplus recovery efforts.
- Process settlement inwards and manage merchant cash repayments.
- Reconcile all elements of cash flow to ensure accuracy.
- Post daily journals to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Collaborate with the Cash Cycle Team Manager to assist in month‑end reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C.
- Proficient experience with data input.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan and organize your own workload efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desirable: 3 A-Levels at grades A*-C.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in reconciliation and/or working on financial programmes such as Sage X3 is desirable but not required.
