Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adults
- Evaluate patients to understand their mental health challenges, including personal history and symptoms
- Formulate individualised treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs and goals
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with allied health professionals to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care
- Oversee therapeutic interventions, including medication management and crisis interventions
- Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise care
- Contribute to risk assessments and management strategies, ensuring safety and well‑being
Qualifications
- Full GMC license to practice
- Section 12 Approval
- Clinician Approval Status
- Relevant previous experience in a similar position
