Grade: Consultant

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Rate: Competitive – details to be discussed upon application

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care across inpatient, Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), and CAMHS settings
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for children and adolescents
  • Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development
  • Offer clinical supervision and support to junior medical staff
  • Ensure full compliance with the Mental Health Act (MHA) and other relevant legislation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full GMC registration
  • Section 12 approval
  • Extensive experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, particularly in inpatient and community settings
  • Proven experience in a Consultant-level role
