Grade: Consultant • Location: Weston‑Super‑Mare, Somerset • Working Hours: 40 per week • Rate: Competitive (to be discussed)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adults, considering personal history and symptoms.
- Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's needs and goals.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver person‑centred care.
- Oversee therapeutic interventions, including medication management and crisis interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise care.
- Contribute to risk assessments and management strategies, ensuring safety and well‑being for patients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full GMC licence to practice with Section 12 & AC approval.
- Proven experience in adult psychiatry or a related field.
