Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adults.
- Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's needs and goals.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality person‑centred care.
- Oversee therapeutic interventions, including medication management and crisis interventions.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise care.
- Contribute to risk assessments and management strategies to ensure safety and well‑being of patients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full GMC licence to practice.
- Section 12 approval and clinician approval status.
- Relevant previous experience in a similar role.
