We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader to define and drive our global commercial strategy across ATM lifecycle services. This is a high-impact role, focused on growing existing revenue streams, expanding into new markets, and evolving our offering in line with customer demand. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we position and deliver end-to-end ATM solutions, while building long-term partnerships with global customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define and execute the global commercial strategy for ATM lifecycle services, driving growth across markets and service lines.
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across refurbishment, repair, and managed services.
- Lead the transition toward solution-led, long-term customer partnerships.
- Own key accounts and drive pipeline growth, including major bids and outsourcing opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships across the ATM ecosystem and align with Brink’s AMS network.
- Ensure strong commercial performance through effective pricing, contracts, and governance.
- Align commercial commitments with operational delivery, customer value, and margin performance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or business development leadership role within a technical services, engineering, or asset lifecycle environment.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing complex, service-led commercial models.
- Experience working with enterprise clients such as banks, financial institutions, or infrastructure operators.
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and contract performance.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating in international or multi-region environments.
