Capital on Tap in Cardiff is hiring an experienced Fraud Operations Lead to grow and develop a high‑performing team (circa 10 FTE) responsible for detection, prevention, investigation and case management across UK and US portfolios.
You will build and oversee fraud control frameworks, partner with Data Science and Engineering to improve detection technology, manage KPIs, handle complex cases with law enforcement, and ensure support for vulnerable customers, while staying abreast of regulatory requirements.
