To lead and mentor the paraplanning team, geographically spread, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality paraplanning support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and clients, while upholding company procedures and regulatory standards.

The role is Hybrid, 3 days from the Bristol office, 2 days can be home-based.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in direct line management of paraplanners (essential), including performance management, and ability to guide the team through a period of change, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, such as: integrity, positive ambassador, ability to elevate others when times are tough, self-awareness, compassion, empathy and buckets of resilience.
