We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to work full‑time hours for our client based in Bolton, Lancashire.
This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short‑term contract.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality patient care, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Serve as Section12 Approved Clinician and maintain compliance with all legal obligations prescribed by the Mental Health Act (MHA) and the Ministry of Justice.
- Assess patients under the MHA, make recommendations, and act as Responsible Clinician (RC).
Qualifications and Experience
- Full GMC licence to practice.
- Section12 Approved Clinician status.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
