We’re currently looking for a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to provide support to our highly motivated Transport Team by managing and planning the day-to-day vehicle compliance requirements for adherence to statutory/legal undertakings e.g. O Licence for the site on a permanent basis at our Fresh Direct depot in Bicester.
As Fleet Compliance Coordinator, you will be dealing with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers; who you will build strong working relationships with. You’ll be the first point of contact for all our drivers requiring assistance throughout the day. We'll rely on you to deal with matters related to fleet discipline which can be reasonably expected of this position.
You’ll schedule regular vehicle inspections and make arrangements for servicing and ad-hoc maintenance in line with the set inspection periods and keeping our inspection planner updated. This is a busy role, and no 2 days will be the same!
To join us as the Fleet Compliance Administrator, you will require experience in a similar role, with knowledge of transport O Licence compliance. You can expect to complete a wide range of office tasks including checking and verifying documents using both paper-based systems and software packages. You will have excellent attention to detail and full integrity to maintain accurate records following regular walk-rounds for random checks of all vehicles within the fleet to ensure defect notes are correct; acting upon them accordingly to ensure timely rectification within the convey system keeping it updated accordingly. Above all, you will be customer-focused and be willing to learn.
