Occupational Health Nurse Advisor
Band: 7 β Location: Portishead, Bristol β Working hours: 37 hours per week, hybrid β Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon application.
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work full-time for a private client based in Portishead, Bristol.
This hybrid role offers a balance of on-site and remote working and is available for an immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of occupational health services, including health surveillance, case management, fitness-for-work assessments, and health promotion.
- Work closely with employees and management to support workplace health and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
- Contribute to policy development and maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- NMC registration (essential).
- Experience in occupational health nursing.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace.
