Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.
- Interpret imaging results together with a multidisciplinary team to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior radiographers and students.
- Communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Radiography or equivalent with HCPC registration.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general radiography.
- Proficiency in using advanced imaging equipment.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
