What you'll be doing:
- Drive AI adoption across Trustpilot.
- Design and run initiatives, campaigns, and learning experiences that shift how Trusties think about and use AI in their day‑to‑day work.
- Build an AI learning strategy that goes beyond awareness.
- Create a structured approach to AI capability building that moves people from curiosity to fluency.
- Consult with functional leaders on AI use cases.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
- Design and oversee technical skills programmes.
- Make the most of Apprenticeship Levy funding.
- Measure adoption, confidence, and impact.
