About the role
Our Sales team has a unique mission to help customers understand the deep impact that highly capable AI models can bring to their business and users. This role blends technical understanding, vision, partnership, and value‑driven strategy. Based in London, UK, this position operates within a hybrid model (3 days in office per week) and offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small set of key retail accounts and execute comprehensive account plans.
- Lead large enterprise retail customers’ journeys from consideration to successful deployment.
- Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.
- Own consumption‑revenue targets and forecast consumption revenue.
- Analyze key account metrics to create reports and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the retail landscape across UKI & North (customers, competitors, partners) to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategy.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new teammates.
- Support the development of company culture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years selling PaaS and/or SaaS to large Retail, grocery, e‑commerce, consumer goods, or CPG organizations across UKI.
- Familiarity with retail industry trends including AI‑assisted customer experience, e‑commerce, omnichannel transformation, personalization, store operations, supply chain, merchandising, marketing, and customer service.
- Deep understanding of retail customers’ AI transformation priorities, adoption challenges, and operating realities.
- Consistently achieved revenue targets >$2M per year for more than 3 years.
- Designed and executed complex deal strategies.
- Supported growth of fast‑growing, high‑performance companies.
- Worked directly with C‑level executives.
- Communicated technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Led high‑visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, product launches, etc.).
- Collected, distilled, and processed complex market intelligence.
