Contract period: Initially 3 months (potential extension)

We’re seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to start by 9th July on an initial 3-month contract with our public sector client.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead on management accounts and financial reporting
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making
  • Line manage two finance staff, ensuring delivery and development
  • Work closely with and report into the Head of Finance
  • Deliver hands-on financial oversight in a fast-paced environment

Essential:

You must be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with demonstrable central government experience, and strong working knowledge of Business Central. This role suits someone who can hit the ground running, bring structure, and add immediate value within a public sector setting.
