Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven optimization of global B2B partner performance, influencing pricing, distribution, routing, partner setup, competition, market trends, and conversion.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive revenue and performance improvements in collaboration with regional commercial teams.
- Own all partner business cases end-to-end: build, model, execute, and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain structured partner optimization frameworks, playbooks, dashboards, forecasting models, and commercial tooling to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and own Dohop’s external marketplace data strategy, turning data into a differentiated part of the partner value proposition.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports.
- Continuously improve ways of working for data-driven decision-making across the Commercial team.
Skills & Experience
- Strong technical skills: SQL, Python/R, BI tools, modelling, dashboards.
- 5+ years in analytics, data-driven optimization, or commercial performance.
- Proven ability to drive revenue through data and analysis.
- Experience embedding data-driven decision-making in commercial teams.
- Strong stakeholder influence across senior teams.
- Comfortable in complex, multi-market B2B environments.
