We’re searching for a commercial-minded partnership manager to join our commercial team, helping to supercharge our existing partnerships, distribution plans and build a strong pipeline of new partnership opportunities. Whilst focusing largely on EMEA you will also support our teams who are operating globally. You’ll identify, build and nurture high-value relationships, support our work to become the connections experts, and work closely with internal teams to enable us to move faster and stronger. This is a great opportunity for a commercial minded individual with high drive and high potential to join a team and business with ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support our VP of Partnerships to deepen our relationships with a wide range of existing global airlines.
  • In time, own a portfolio of partners.
  • Accountable for developing tools to identify partnership opportunities, and support the team with developing partner specific sales strategies.
  • Lead sales outreach for identified potential partners, own the sales process through to go live and optimisation.
  • Own the day to day interface with distribution partners such as Kayak and Skyscanner.
  • Develop and continuously improve our global sales enablement capabilities.
  • Own and develop sales reporting and tracking, including pipeline management.
