About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee two major luxury residential developments—one in London and one in Dubai. This role requires a candidate based in the United Kingdom, with the flexibility to travel regularly between both cities to ensure seamless coordination, quality control, and timely delivery. You will lead the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and contractor management to budget oversight and on‑site execution. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for two luxury residential developments in London and Dubai
- Lead coordination between architects, designers, consultants, and contractors across both regions

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
- Ensure all construction and design work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship
