About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee two major luxury residential developments—one in London and one in Dubai. This role requires a candidate based in the United Kingdom, with the flexibility to travel regularly between both cities to ensure seamless coordination, quality control, and timely delivery. You will lead the full project lifecycle, from design coordination and contractor management to budget oversight and on‑site execution. These are high‑value, architecturally ambitious homes, requiring someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in luxury residential construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for two luxury residential developments in London and Dubai
- Lead coordination between architects, designers, consultants, and contractors across both regions
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and reporting
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
- Ensure all construction and design work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship
- Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders
- Manage regulatory approvals, permits, and compliance requirements in both the UK and UAE
- Prepare and deliver clear project updates to senior leadership and the client
Requirements
- Based in the UK or Dubai, with the ability to travel frequently between both locations
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing luxury residential construction projects
- Strong technical understanding of architectural drawings, interior design processes, and construction methodologies
- Proven experience managing multi‑location teams and international contractors
- Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, high‑value projects on time and within budget
