In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the quality assurance framework, ensuring that all aspects of our luxury developments meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
- Lead the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives.
- Establish quality standards, metrics, and protocols for all phases of the development process, from design to construction and final inspection.
- Conduct regular quality audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Deep understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
