Responsibilities
- Oversee all yacht interior operations to maintain exceptional guest service standards
- Lead and supervise yacht interior crew, scheduling duties and monitoring performance
- Manage inventory, provisioning, and budgeting for interior supplies and amenities
- Ensure cabins and guest areas meet luxury presentation and cleanliness expectations
- Coordinate guest preferences, events, and service delivery throughout each voyage
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a yacht interior manager
- Educational background in hospitality management
- Experience working with yacht management software
- Proven experience in UHNW guest-service environments, including serving the owner directly
- Strong background in luxury housekeeping protocols, silver service, and guest preference management
- Hold a valid STCW certification, ENG1 medical certificate, and food safety certification
- Fluency in English
- Availability to work a 6/6 rotation schedule
