AHS, a premier luxury real estate development company, is looking for a dynamic and results‐driven CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction by managing our CRM system and optimizing our client interactions throughout the real estate development process. You will be responsible for leveraging data to build strong relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and improve the overall client experience
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth

Requirements
