This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to launch their career in client relationship management within the financial services industry. Joining a thriving team, you will work closely with Financial Planning Consultants, Paraplanners, and Client Services staff to deliver exceptional client support and build strong relationships. You will receive full training, including support to achieve industry qualifications, and gain hands-on experience with tasks such as new business processing, client communication, and preparation for client meetings.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Learn):
- Client Relationship Support: Assist senior team members in building and maintaining client relationships. Respond to client queries via phone, email, and written correspondence. Prepare for client meetings by producing compliance documentation and valuations.
- Administrative Support: Process new business applications, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using company systems. Liaise with investment companies and providers to gather required information.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare client valuations, annual statements, and tailored reports. Monitor and manage tasks to meet client deadlines and internal KPIs.
- Learning and Development: Participate in an award-winning graduate training program with dedicated mentoring. Develop expertise in financial services, gaining exposure to various career pathways such as paraplanning or financial consultancy.
We are looking for:
- Academically applicants need to have obtained a minimum 2:1 degree. We will also consider students who have not achieved the academic requirements stated but who can demonstrate that they are an exceptional and outstanding candidate.
- Candidates must have also obtained GCSE grade B in Maths and English Language.
