Our client has openings for both experienced Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants, with expertise in either specific verticals or general recruitment.

About Our Client: Our client is a leading specialist search/recruitment firm with offices in Dublin, Limerick, London, and recently expanded to New York. They handle local and international assignments for functional and senior leadership positions across core pillars such as Accounting, Tax, Corporate Finance, Audit and Risk, Legal, Technology Sales, and Financial Services. They work with a diverse range of clients, from exciting start-ups to global brands, helping them drive their businesses forward on a global scale. Their team consists mostly of qualified professionals who have previously worked in Accounting, Tax, or Legal roles. In just over four years, they have experienced significant growth, expanding their team, opening multiple offices, and have exciting plans for future expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, schedule interviews, and recruit professionals across various talent segments within your vertical.
  • Implement recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and develop a qualified candidate pipeline.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with leadership teams and act as a partner throughout the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Legal, HR, etc.) to facilitate the recruiting process through onboarding.
  • Manage job requisitions by evaluating and qualifying referrals and active candidates for open opportunities.
  • Establish a pool of exceptional candidates for future positions within the extensive client base.
  • Work towards and achieve weekly/monthly KPIs/Targets.
  • Understand clients' needs and expectations, delivering results accordingly.
  • Develop market knowledge of clients and expand business opportunities within your vertical.
  • Attend networking events and meetings as required.
  • Utilize internal CRM systems and recruitment tools on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Essential: 1+ years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
  • Beneficial: Degree, Diploma, or Certificate qualification in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Motivated and driven with a target-oriented work style.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Natural ability to engage with people and build successful relationships.
  • Demonstrable ability to engage with people and establish strong working relationships.
  • Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage, and prioritize workloads.
