About Us: DOHE is on a journey to transform education by leveraging technology responsibly to improve educational quality and foster societal progress. Through our accelerator, we support EdTech startups in realising their visions, helping them grow, engage with their audience, and establish impactful operations. Over the next decade, we aim to accelerate over 5,000 startups worldwide.

The Go-Together EdTech Accelerator: Go-Together is a 26‐week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering expert analysis and diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of acceleration. Each startup will receive personalised 1‐2‐1 coaching from experienced startup coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive.

We are on a mission to accelerate over 300 startups in 2026 and are looking for experienced Accelerator Programme Managers to successfully deliver our Go Together Edtech accelerator programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their cohort(s), successful programme delivery and accelerate multiple start‐up Founders, playing a pivotal role in our Go‐Together Accelerator Programme.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a comprehensive 26‐week programme divided into planning, selection, diagnosis, and acceleration stages.
  • Select and manage coaches from DOHE's expert pool, encouraging collaboration to support startups' growth and development.
  • Work closely with coaches and industry experts to help start‐ups to define and achieve their key objectives of the acceleration programme.
  • Utilise and contribute to the 'DOHE Navigator', our bespoke data insights methodology, to guide startups towards achieving their objectives and to refine the acceleration program's process.
  • Offer insights and expert consultancy to support ongoing success in overcoming objectives.
  • Align the process with the EdTech hub team to cultivate a thriving ecosystem that supports the interconnection and mutual growth of all participating startups and the development of the programme.
  • Contribute towards an ongoing evaluation of the Go‐Together programme.
Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience managing start‐up accelerator programmes is essential.
  • Experience delivering acceleration to high numbers of startups, greater than 100 is strongly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of startups and the challenges they face and how to provide support to overcome their issues.
  • Strong project management skills, including resources, performance, and budget management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to foster a supportive and innovative environment.
  • Strategic insight into all company stages, with a background in advising and accelerating start‐up growth.
  • Entrepreneurial experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or consulting start‐ups.
  • A well‐organised individual with an extensive network in the start‐up industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
