Guided by our proprietary Navigator methodology, we create structured and efficient pathways to success for education innovators. Over the next decade, our ambition is to accelerate more than 5,000 EdTech startups globally.

The EdTech Hub IT Team powers the digital foundation of our ecosystem. We design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable technology infrastructure that enables startups, partners, and stakeholders to collaborate seamlessly. From platform development and data management to cybersecurity and system optimisation, our team ensures that innovation is supported by strong and future-ready technology. The QA Engineer is the final gatekeeper of MVP launch quality: functional testing, permissions, AI report validation, and data migration verification.

About The Role: Join at Month 3 to systematically validate feature quality. Integrate E2E automation into CI/CD, check AI reports for hallucinations, and run system cutover rehearsals. Start part-time, with recommended full-time conversion from Month 5.

In This Role, You'll:

  • Design overall test strategy and test cases
  • Execute per-portal functional tests, E2E workflow tests, permission tests
  • Write E2E automation tests and integrate with CI/CD
  • Perform API functional and performance testing
  • Validate AI-generated report quality โ€” hallucination checks, matching accuracy
  • Verify data integrity from legacy to new system
  • Conduct security testing and system cutover rehearsals

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • Solid experience (typically 3โ€“5 years) in web application functional and integration testing
  • E2E automation tool experience
  • API testing experience
  • Test case design and bug tracking experience
  • Business-level English fluency required โ€” daily collaboration with a global team

You Might Thrive In This Role If You:

  • Quality obsessed. You take pride in catching edge cases others miss.
  • Automation lover. You'd rather write automation scripts integrated with CI/CD than repeat manual tests.
  • AI critical thinker. You don't just accept AI outputs โ€” you spot hallucinations.
  • E2E vision. You see the entire flow, not just individual features, and predict where things might break.

Tech Stack: Automation Playwright, Cypress; API Testing Postman, k6; Performance k6, Locust; Management Jira / Linear, TestRail; CI/CD GitHub Actions; DB PostgreSQL.

Employment: Working hours: Full-time 40 hours a week. Location: Remote - South Korea based or other global location. Contract: Fixed Term Contract.
