The EdTech Hub IT Team powers the digital foundation of our ecosystem. We design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable technology infrastructure that enables startups, partners, and stakeholders to collaborate seamlessly. From platform development and data management to cybersecurity and system optimisation, our team ensures that innovation is supported by strong and future-ready technology. By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of the EdTech landscape, we help create an environment where startups can focus on growth โ while we take care of the technology that drives it. We are building a high-impact core team of 9 professionals across engineering, product, and design.
In This Role, You'll:
- Establish the design system on a modern framework and build the entire frontend for five portals plus EdTech Hub.
- Implement role-based access control and create interactive UIs that surface AI-generated reports and matching results.
- Build all 5 portals and EdTech Hub frontend from scratch.
- Establish a shared component library and Design System.
- Implement role-based access control and authentication integration.
- Develop complex workflow UIs โ multi-step approval, coaching sessions, diagnosis questionnaires.
- Build AI integration screens โ report viewer, expert matching, recording uploads.
- Create monitoring dashboards, cohort tracking, and analytics views.
Roles:
- Design the Core APIs for the unified platform, automate end-to-end business processes with a workflow engine, and safely migrate legacy data.
- This isn't just API development โ you're architecting the entire foundation of the platform.
- Design and build core domain APIs โ User, Startup, Expert Pool.
- Automate Application โ Diagnosis โ KO โ Coaching workflows using a workflow engine.
- Design the unified DB schema with audit logging and permission middleware.
- Architect and execute data migration from legacy DB, CSV, and SharePoint sources.
- Enhance and scale the existing authentication system as the platform grows.
- Lead backend code reviews, establish architecture and engineering standards.
Requirements:
- Senior backend engineer experiences.
- Python backend development experiences.
- Large-scale DB schema design and operations.
- RESTful API design and large-scale service architecture.
- Authentication/authorization system integration or scaling experience.
- Business-level English fluency required โ daily collaboration with a global team.
