IT Leader (Fintech / High-Security IT Infrastructure)
1. Position Objective
The IT Leader is responsible for building, deploying, and operating the company's IT infrastructure in a fintech environment with high security standards. The role ensures system stability, availability, regulatory compliance, and supports critical trading systems and financial data.
2. Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Devices
- Plan, implement, and manage internal IT systems: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall, and servers (on-premise or cloud).
- Configure and manage endpoints: laptops, workstations, security devices, conferencing systems, and printers.
- Establish device configuration standards based on Zero-Trust or Security Baseline models.
System Security
- Develop and enforce information security policies: IAM, MFA, access control, and monitoring.
- Manage security systems: Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, DLP, SIEM.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2.
- Implement remote device management, data encryption, and endpoint protection.
- Develop Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
Operations & Monitoring
- Monitor system performance, handle incidents, and ensure high uptime.
- Manage IT asset inventory.
- Handle advanced technical support tickets.
- Oversee backup and data recovery processes.
Projects & Team Management
- Define IT infrastructure roadmap.
- Work with vendors, assess risks, and select appropriate solutions.
- Lead and manage the IT team.
- Plan budgets and optimize costs.
3. Requirements
Experience
- 4–7 years in IT Infrastructure / IT Security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in fintech or banking is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of networking, Firewall, Cloud, Endpoint Security, Windows/Linux, and Active Directory.
- Understanding of security standards: ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST.
- Experience with MDM, SSO, MFA, and Zero-Trust architecture.
